Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! We know there are many details to think. Let our professional sales staff assist you in your accommodations for your: bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, ceremony,  reception and day after breakfast and gift opening.  We can seat up to 75 guest for one or all of the above events.  And don't forget talk about lodging arrangements for your wedding night and accommodations for your wedding group.

The historic Audubon Inn is poised to provide you and your wedding group with luxury accommodations in an intimate boutique hotel setting. Our room accommodations range from standard to jr. and multi-room luxury suites with queen sized four poster beds, handmade quilts, Jacuzzi tubs, and much more.   

Corporate Events

The Audubon Inn is the productive choice for your next corporate event or retreat. Whether you choose to host strategy meetings in one of our four executive suites, have sales meetings over coffee and dessert, product innovation discussions on the couch in the common areas or book the entire facility for a private retreat, your time at The Audubon Inn promises to produce the profitable results you want.

We have excellent meeting facilities for your corporate retreat, business or club meeting. Choose the private Whippoorwill conference room with capabilities to seat 40 people, the Beaumont Dining Room for a general session of up to 75, four executive suites for breakouts and several common areas for meeting and relaxing. Our Executive Chef is ready to customize your dining requirements from breakfast, coffee breaks, cocktail receptions to a full dinner banquet. You will be free to relax, unwind, and conduct business in an atmosphere of total comfort where your every business and personal need will be attended to whether working, playing or dining.

Social Events

We have the Whippoorwill private Banquet Room, The Beaumont Restaurant and our beautiful lobby for small groups and large gatherings seating up to 75 people. Host a luncheon, reception, reunion, shower, rehearsal dinner, birthday party, scrapbook weekend, retreat, banquet, or meeting to name a few.

 

Scrapbooking/Quilting Weekend Retreat

Bring your friends and book a whole floor at the Audubon Inn for your Scrapbook or Quilting Retreat.  Package includes a two night stay in one of our deluxe rooms with Jacuzzi bath, complimentary continental breakfasts Saturday and Sunday, lunch and dinner Saturday, as well as your table set up for the whole weekend where you can work on your scrapbook projects.  Arrangements can be made for a Creative Memories or quilting consultant to be present on request.  Ben Franklin's is also nearby for supplies as well as other sewing supply stores in Mayville.

 

Some rooms have futon’s that can accommodate two people which would reduce the per person cost.  To reserve your weekend, we request that you book one whole floor, which is nine rooms.  Only $259.00 per person single occupancy or $159.00 double occupancy. (Rates do not include tax and gratuities.)
